With the rise of seismic isolation technology and improvement of specifications,seismic isolation technology has begun to be applied to high-rise and even super high-rise buildings.The high-rise buildings,under the effect of earthquake,the seismically-isolated support is prone to tensile damage.How to solve this problem has become an urgent problem in practical engineering.As an efficient,economical and easy to install damping device,the viscous damper has been widely used in many shock absorption projects.This paper proposes to add a viscous damper in the seismic isolation layer as an energy dissipation device,making the isolation structure become a mixing isolation structure with isolation and energy dissipation,when the earthquake comes,the damper will dissipate the energy of the scattered ground vibration,reducing the possibility of structural damageThis paper is based on this idea,researching on viscous dampers and related models,researching the relationship of the amplification coefficient of the viscous damper between the damping ratio and frequency ratio.Combined with the isolated structure in practical engineering,modeling and analysis by using ETABS finite element analysis software,researching the effects of viscous damper related parameters on the upper structure of the floor and the isolated support.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Analyze and compare the calculation accuracy of single-mass,two-mass,three-mass and multi-mass models of seismic isolation structure.(2)Make a mixed isolation effect parameter that comprehensively considers three performance indicators of horizontal damping coefficient,isolation layer displacement,and top layer acceleration(3)Combined with specific engineering examples,researching the change of additional damping ratio changes the displacement and tensile stress of seismic isolation bearings,and calculate the optimal additional damping ratio of the structure in the engineering example model.After comparison,the index is applicable.(4)The isolation effect of the structural system is affected by the change in the additional damping ratio.The additional damper is better than the shear wallstructure in the isolation effect of the frame structure.
