The Study Of Safety Situation Evaluation And Corresponding Countermeasures For Water Head Site Of Luoma Lake

With the development of social economy and urbanization,the shortage of water resources and the deterioration of water quality are becoming more and more serious,and the safety of urban water supply is also seriously threatened.Meanwhile,the frequent outbreak of water source safety problems in recent years also highlights the importance of comprehensive evaluation of water source safety and the corresponding countermeasures and solutions.Based on the study of some related areas,this article choose the Luoma Lake which is located on the plains of Huaibei,northern part of Jiangsu Province where the annual precipitation is abundant as the research object.The aim is to construct the evaluation index system which consists of target layer,standard layer and index layer as well as 8 specific indicators according to the relevant theory of the water source area.In addition,I will also use single factor evaluation and the comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate three aspects of Luoma Lake: water quality,quantity,health risk and emergency ability.Then use the analytic hierarchy process to conduct the overall evaluation of the water source.According to the partial evaluation and overall evaluation results,combined with the actual situation of Luoma Lake,I will propose the countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of environmental safety,economic security and safety management to strengthen the safety status of the Luoma Lake.The main results of this paper are as follows:(1)The water quality evaluation for Luoma Lake shows that from 2013 to 2017,the water safety index of the Loma lake was 2,indicating that the water quality of the lake is stable and in good condition,and the water quality is relatively good.However,eutrophication is increasing and the water environment is changing.(2)The evaluation of Luoma lake shows: The water safety index of the water source was 3 from 2013 to 2016,which means it is in a safe state.The water quantitycan basically meet the requirement of the drinking water and production and the living water.But in some years,water safety is in a critical state which need to be highlight.(3)The evaluation of health risk and emergency ability of Luoma lake shows: The annual risk of carcinogenic substances is much greater than that of non carcinogens,but both are lower than international standards,so it can be consumed freely.The emergency capability of the water sources in Loma Lake is of a high level,and the emergency system is constantly improving.(4)The overall security evaluation of Luoma lake shows: From 2013 to 2017,Luoma Lake Water security index decreased from 2.46 to 2,indicating that the Luoma Lake belongs to the security category,the overall security situation is rising,and the prospect of water safety situation is good.
