The Research On The Space Layout Optimization Of Rural Settlements In Taiping,guangzhou City

Under the background of accelerating urban-rural integration,the unreasonable layout of rural settlements and the low efficiency of land use have severely restricted rural development and have brought huge obstacles to the implementation of urban-rural integration.Based on this,many scholars have carried out research on the optimization of the layout of rural settlements and accumulated valuable experience,but there are still a series of problems that need to be solved urgently in the study area and scale selection,the application of theoretical and technical methods.Taiping town,which is typical area for urban and rural integration,is located in the outskirts of Guangzhou.It is of important reference significance to optimize the layout of rural residential areas in Taiping by grasping the current situation of the layout of rural residential areas in Taiping.Based on the combination of qualitative description and quantitative analysis,comprehensive,kernel density estimation method by adopting the method of adjacent index,landscape pattern index method,the minimum cumulative resistance model method and conventional Voronoi method and other methods to study the Taiping town rural settlement space layout characteristics,the rural settlement spatial layout suitability zoning and spatial layout optimization strategy from three aspects of content,for the future rural construction and to provide theoretical basis for the establishment of development strategy.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The results of the study on the spatial distribution characteristics of rural residential areas in Taiping are as follows: There are many patches of rural settlements,but the difference in the land scale is obvious and the overall scale is small.The average closest neighborhood index is 0.45,and the rural residential areas show an agglomeration distribution pattern in space,the nuclear density distribution generally shows a distribution feature of "high in the middle and low at both ends",forming a situation of "two main nuclei and multiple secondary nuclei".The patch boundary of rural residential areas is complex and irregular,but it has certain stability in space and the overall fragmentation is not high.The spatial layout of rural settlements in Taiping is necessary for optimization and also shows great potential for optimization.(2)Taiping town rural settlement space layout suitability evaluation research shows: the rural residential areas minimum cumulative resistance value in Taiping town are between 0-24169.6,according to the results of the minimum cumulative resistance model,it is divided into high suitable area,general suitable area,critical suitable area,less suitable area and extremely unsuitable area from low to high to indicate the suitability of the spatial layout of rural settlements;More than 50% of the area in Taiping is not suitable for the construction and development of rural settlements,about 20% of the rural settlements are in the unsuitable area now.It is necessary and urgent to carry out the optimization of the spatial layout of rural settlements.(3)The research results of the spatial layout optimization strategy of rural settlements shows: Rural settlements in Taiping can be divided into four types: urbanization,migration-in development,migration-out reduction and control and retention,rational planning,land remediation,special indicators,and utilizing land in multiple ways are effective measures for implementing layout optimization.
