Research On Quality Management Evaluation Of International Military And Trade Ship Construction Project

With the continuous expansion and increasingly fierce competition of the market of international shipbuilding trade for military products in recent years,effective quality management has become the basis for the survival and development of various military shipbuilding trade companies,and is a strong guarantee for the development of the market.After reading a large number of domestic and foreign references on the quality management evaluation of military shipbuilding trade projects,the author found that the current literature on quality management is relatively more but few studies on the quality management evaluation of international military shipbuilding trade projects.Therefore,it has important practical significance and reference value for the quality management evaluation research of international military shipbuilding trade projects.This article takes the quality management of the Pakistan MPV-15 HT project as an example,analyzes the application of the comprehensive quality management theory and engineering project quality control theory in the quality management of the international military shipbuilding trade project through the literature analysis method,and uses the empirical investigation method to the Pakistan MPV-15 HT The current status of project quality management is summarized,and the existing problems are analyzed from five aspects: "human,machine,material,method,and environment".By constructing a comprehensive evaluation index system for quality management,collecting basic data in the form of a questionnaire,selecting the entropy weight method for index weighting,and comprehensively applying a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system to the quality management of Pakistan MPV-15 HT construction projects Quantitative analysis of influencing factors,based on quantitative analysis of data,targeted optimization suggestions are proposed.Summarize the experience of quality management of the international military shipbuilding trade project through the improvement of the quality management of the Pakistan MPV-15 HT construction project.Based on this case analysis,it can guide shipbuilding companies to resolve the quality risks of international military shipbuilding project to a certain extent.It can also be used to provide decision support and management advice in quality management for firms undertaking shipbuilding project in Pakistan.In the process of "going out" of China’s shipbuilding enterprises in the future,especially in the field of engineering practice of the international military shipbuilding trade project,it provides certain theoretical references and practical basis to effectively improve the core competitiveness of China’s shipbuilding enterprises in this field.To achieve more outstanding performance of China in the international military shipbuilding trade market.
