Study On The Micro-reconstruction Planning Strategy Of Urban Village In Guangzhou

In recent years,China has entered the stage of rapid development in the city from the high speed development stage,the focus of the city planning has been planned from the incremental type gradually transfer to stock planning,old city renewal and reconstruction,environmental regulation,infrastructure improved,history and culture protection,urban and rural industrial transformation and upgrading,and optimization of land use type stock planning content has become the main content of city planning,among them,the urban village renewal and reconstruction of quality with the city's overall development closely linked to People's Daily life quality,becoming one of the important content of the stock of current urban planning work.Currently,there are 272 urban villages in Guangzhou,138 of which are located in the central city.Urban villages occupy a large number of land resources that have not been effectively utilized,which reduces the quality of urban space and the driving force of future development.In recent years,in order to solve the macro problems of urban development and implement the stock planning,Guangzhou has carried out a series of renovation projects for urban villages.In the process of this emerging transformation activity,not only many problems have been found,but also a series of valuable theoretical and practical achievements have been explored and summarized,which can lay a foundation for the rapid and healthy development of urban stock planning in the future.In January 2016,Guangzhou innovatively proposed and promoted the renewal method of "micro-transformation" and expanded the urban renewal toolbox.Also applied to the renewal and reconstruction of urban villages,try our best to avoid abuse,domestic large to build urban renewal and reconstruction method,make the urban villages and urban integration accelerating,eliminate social gap between the urban village residents and urban residents,the urban land saving resources,improving the quality of village in city public environment,extend life of the building,protection and continuation of city historical and cultural contexts,activate the village cultural vitality,promote the healthy and sustainable urban development.This article through field investigation of Guangzhou urban villages and on the Internet search method of related data,the current urban villages in Guangzhou the public environment,infrastructure,economy industry and the cultural vitality and situation analysis and research,summarizing the Guangzhou village in city public environment quality is low,lack of part of the necessary infrastructure,residential buildings,old life safety hazard huge,history and culture continuation of difficulties and problems such as cultural vitality to reduce.At the same time,this paper probes into the causes of its formation,puts forward the principle of micro-transformation of urban villages in Guangzhou.It is expected that the urban village in Guangzhou will regain its vitality through micro-transform at ion,inject new vitality into the urban development of Guangzhou,provide reference and help for the urban village renewal and reconstruction in Guangzhou in the future,and contribute to the research and development of relevant theories of urban renewal in China.
