The large steel structure has complex and large structure,and the construction procedure and construction technology are more complicated,so the probability of safety hidden trouble in the construction stage is higher than that of other structures.In the event of an accident in a large steel structure,whether it is economic loss or personnel life safety is extremely serious,so it is necessary to monitor and simulate the whole process of its construction,so as to understand the change of force and displacement of the steel structure in the construction process and ensure the quality and safety of the large steel structure construction.Due to the influence of site construction conditions,it is usually carried out monitoring work for a certain process in the construction stage,for example,the opening and closing process and the main truss improvement process,etc.,so there is little real in-depth and comprehensive monitoring of the whole construction process of steel structures.Therefore,in this paper,we want to monitor the stress and displacement of steel structure construction in Binjiang Gymnasium of Jiangmen City by using wireless sensor to measure the steel structure,so as to ensure the quality and safety of steel structure construction.At the same time,we collect some valuable data and sum up some experiences.Combined with the engineering characteristics of Binjiang Gymnasium in Jiangmen City,according to the construction technology of the project,the finite element model of steel structure construction stage is constructed by using MIDAS software,so as to simulate and analyze the whole process of steel structure construction in gymnasium,understand the change of stress and displacement during construction,and give the allowable range of stress and displacement change,so as to guide the construction of steel structure roof of gymnasium.In this paper,the following conclusions are obtained :(1)large steel structure installed step by step,the main truss installation and support unloading will greatly affect the internal stress and displacement of the structure,in which support unloading is the most importantpart of construction monitoring.(2)With the construction,the load of the steel structure increases and the stress of the main beam increases.After the installation of the steel structure,the stress of the main beam will become smaller because some members and supports work.(3)After the installation of the steel structure is completed,the deformation or displacement of the structure is reduced to some extent after the construction load is removed.The results of this study can accumulate experience for the whole process monitoring of similar large steel structure construction and have guiding significance for practical engineering construction.
