Cost Management Of Municipal Gas Project Based On EPC

At present,China's economy is developing rapidly,the demand for energy is also increasing,and the contradiction between supply and demand of natural gas(gas)is increasing.How to control the cost of gas engineering projects and realize the further improvement of economic benefits has become a strategic project related to the national economy and people's livelihood,which is of great research value.Using the mature and perfect EPC project cost management theory,this paper selects the gas pipeline project cost management under the EPC mode as the research object,mainly studies the direct costs of civil engineering,pipeline installation project investment,equipment investment,and a series of indirect costs generated in the process of construction preparation,construction and production,aiming at the construction scheme of gas project,material quality,weather change,management level and other factors,carry out cost management,cost prediction,cost planning and control,cost analysis and assessment.In this paper,PDCA cycle management method is used to control the cost of bidding,construction and completion of gas engineering projects.It is found that the cost control basically covers all aspects of project development,such as: initial design,final determination of construction scheme,material selection,etc.This paper takes company K as the practice object to carry out in-depth and detailed cost control of gas engineering projects Through analysis,the paper puts forward effective solutions,which mainly include:establishing corresponding management organization departments,constructing relatively perfect and effective cost control system;determining planned cost objectives and designing corresponding responsibility indicators;making full use of pre good control scheme;strengthening in-process control over costs;preventing cost rise due to objective reasons;attaching importance to and strengthening Strict inspection of cost status;emphasis on the importance of cost control in the project final account stage,etc.The cost control practice of K company's gas engineering project not only provides experience for the continuous improvement of its subsequent cost control,but also provides reference for the cost control of other projects.
