| The prevalence of unsafe behaviors spreading at subway construction sites has led to the occurrence of subway construction safety accidents.Safety accidents will not only threaten the personal safety of construction personnel,but also bring about corresponding property losses.How to timely intervene in the spread of unsafe behavior of metro construction personnel,further improve the safety management level of construction enterprises,and ensure the smooth implementation of project construction has become an urgent problem to be solved.This thesis defines the main research concepts such as unsafe behavior of subway construction personnel and dissemination of unsafe behavior of subway construction personnel,and analyzes the current state of research and related theories on the topics covered in the thesis;Combined with the subway construction context to improve the traditional SIR model,the new control node M,the construction of the subway construction personnel unsafe behavior propagation SCIMR model,and the relevant assumptions on the model,the establishment of the differential dynamics equations consistent with the model;based on the root theory method to obtain the influence factors of unsafe behavior propagation,to establish the link between the influence factors and the model parameters,to obtain the model parameters influence factors pre-selection set,through the questionnaire survey to filter the influence factors to obtain the final parameters of the influence factors,and finally set the model parameters;The model was simulated and analyzed by Matlab software to explore the effects of changes in each parameter on the propagation of unsafe behaviors.The results show that the adoption rate,improvement rate,control rate,wake-up rate,and forgetting rate play a key role in the propagation of unsafe behaviors,and the increase of improvement rate,control rate,and wake-up rate inhibits the propagation of unsafe behaviors among subway construction workers,while the increase of adoption rate and forgetting rate promotes the propagation of unsafe behaviors among subway construction workers.This thesis researches the propagation law of unsafe behavior of subway construction personnel and intervention strategies.The above research results combine SIR theory with the subway construction context,which enriches the theory of subway construction safety personnel management,provides reference solutions and suggestions for construction enterprises to intervene and predict the propagation of unsafe behavior,and provides a new idea and direction for their safety management. |
