Since the 21 th century,the global economy has stepped intothe stage of diversified development.Meanwhile,the information revolution has aroused the recovery of the industry,and the world economy opened a new wave.China’s economy seized the opportunity to take the "five-year plan" as the development basis,to optimize the industrial structure,market is the key in the allocation of resources,China macro-control plays the important role.With the proposal of "made in China 2025" and the "the Belt And Road Initiate" strategy,two goals that the global governance scenario for building a community with a shared future for mankind and the mutual integration of civilizations have been achieved.The rail transit industry in China also entered the golden period of high-speed development,and the railway line,urban rail transit and intercity trainsitcomposed the domestic comprehensive transport network,which became the cornerstone of modern economic development.China’s railway manufacturing industry is under "the Belt And Road Initiate" strategy,multinational enterprises,and state-owned enterprises are in a intense competition in the global scope.This paper discusses the strategic planning of sino-foreign joint venture CB vehicle co.,LTD.(hereinafter referred to as CB company)in the railway industry to survive and grow in the complicated industry competition,and proposed how to make the strategy and guarantee of the future sustainable development of sino-foreign joint ventures.This paper focuses on CB company,a manufacturing enterprise in the railway equipment industry.Firstly,On the basis of domestic and foreign development strategy theories and related literature,this paper expounds the significance and importance of CB’s future development strategy in combination with the general practice in the industry and the viewpoint of strategic management.Then,this paper discusses the current situation of CB company,including market situation,shareholder situation and development process,and analysis the existing pain points in the development: It is obviously influenced by external factors,the growth rate of institutional constraints is slow.The overall manufacturing equipment chain is not complete.The ability to resist risk and pressure is weak and the informatization is relatively undeveloped.Secondly,the CB companyanalysis of external environment adopts the PESTand five-force model,and meanwhile the company’s internal professtioal ability,enterprise operation status and resource factors are dissected.SWOT analysis model is adopted to research the risks and challenges,as well as the advantages and disadvantages,in order to form a strategic analysis matrix and provide a comprehensive analysis and research for strategy choice.Finally,according to the result of environmental analysis,on the basis of the company’s mission and vision,set strategic goals,formulate the practical and realistic growth strategy,low cost and differentiation strategy,integration strategy,and provide the comprehensive guarantees from the organization’s operations,financial capital,enterprise culture,human resources,technology innovation,information construction and so on.Based on the theory and practice,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis and summary of CB company,and makes the development strategy for the future development of the company,which has certain enlightenment and reference value for the company and the industry.
