With the rapid growth of urban motor vehicles,urban traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious.In order to solve the problem of traffic congestion,many scholars are committed to the research of traffic control methods,and put forward a variety of control methods.Due to the complexity of traffic,the evaluation of control results has always been a difficult problem in the traffic industry.How to give a scientific and accurate evaluation of control effect is an important guarantee of traffic control research.Based on the research results of scholars at home and abroad,this paper explores the evaluation of regional traffic control effect from three levels of intersection,road section and road network.This paper mainly includes the following three aspects:1)Evaluation of intersection control effect.Through the analysis of the characteristics and changes of each evaluation index of intersection,considering the sensitivity of evaluation index in different saturation states,K-Modes clustering algorithm is used to select the evaluation index in different saturation ranges.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is mainly used to evaluate and analyze the control effect of intersections.2)Study on Evaluation of road control effect.According to the characteristics of traffic flow and supply side,the evaluation index of the road section is determined.Based on the principle of fuzzy entropy,the state of the road section is divided into four states: smooth congestion,slight congestion and serious congestion,and the evaluation model of the road section based on fuzzy entropy is established.3)Study on the evaluation of regional traffic control effect.Based on the evaluation and analysis of intersections and road sections,the effect of regional traffic control is evaluated.Firstly,the weight analysis of intersections based on AHP,based on the probability of road failure and the influence of road failure on the whole road network.Then,with the help of the concept of directed graph,the objective function is established to evaluate the control effect of regional traffic.Finally,the rationality and validity of the model are verified by the basic data of the investigation and the VISSIM simulation data.
