Study On The Landscape Design Strategy Of Urban Old (Abandoned) Railway

The railway industrial site is an important legacy of urban development,and its processing method represents the future development direction of the city.Because of the particularity of the policy and form of the railway industrial site,it has become an "historical factor" that is difficult to shake in urban development.Through the introduction,analysis and reconstruction of the "Genius Loci" theory,this article attempts to break the closedness of the place and re-discuss the ideas and methods of landscape design of the abandoned railway line in the city.Chapter 1 is an introduction to this article.It first introduces the background and current situation of the Jingmen branch line,as well as the background and significance of studying the abandoned railway line in the city.Secondly,it emphasizes the value of the introduction of Genius Loci.Finally,the specific scope and reality of Xihuangcun railway station selection section are added.Chapter 2 details the background and historical development of Genius Loci.This chapter intends to define the essence of the place spirit,First introduces and analyzes the origin of Genius Loci,secondly exposes and narrates the philosophical origin and subsequent development of Genius Loci,once again summarizes the views of architectural theorists and philosophers,and summarizes the change and development of Genius Loci under the background of science,and finally,the establishment of a comprehensive theoretical framework by exploring the composition of the quartet.This chapter also supplements the branch content of the position and relationship of cultural and historical factors in Genius Loci.Table 2.6 summarizes the theoretical development history in section 2.6,and summarizes the morphological essence of Genius Loci in section 2.7.Chapter 3 is the development research of Genius Loci under the landscape design-New Theoretical Framework.This chapter proposes a new system of Genius Loci theory based on landscape design through the integration of existential phenomenology and perceptual phenomenology.Entry point analysis.This chapter also discusses the logical reflection brought about by the essence of spiritual diversity in the place.Chapter 4 is the landscape design practice based on the new theoretical framework.This chapter firstly discusses the inevitable current situation of the place through the analysis of the climatic factors and physical conditions under the technical strategy.Secondly,through the establishment of the subject under the construction of the subject,the performance of video sculpture and the refinement of things,the design plane of the place is determined.Third,it showcases the highlights of venue design brought by non-biological interaction.Finally draw a plan of the place redesign based on the above design.Chapter 5 summarizes the full text.This chapter firstly discovers the importance of the choice of "cutting point" in the spiritual expression of the place through the theoretical framework and design practice,and secondly reveals the ability of "Dasein-Place" diversity structure to guide the design and promote the growth of the place.The rationality of part of Schultz's theory finally emphasizes the difference between "from theory to design" and "discover and summarize the theory from design".It also implies the mixed nature of the theory of Genius Loci.The appendix of this article explains in detail the design methods of non-powered amusement facilities,the selection of materials and plants,their location,and picture descriptions.
