| Coordinated control of arterial traffic flow is an effective way to alleviate the arterial traffic problems. In recent years, the increasingly prominent traffic flow operation risk problem has attracted more and more attention. But there are few scholars who combine the traditional risk management research and traffic flow coordination control research, because they are relatively independent. The research of coordination control considering risk factors is still in its infancy. The risk factors and traffic flow coordinated control are combined to study, and the real-time traffic flow information is used to identify and evaluate the operation risk of the arterial traffic flow in advance,so as to reduce the risk of traffic operation as far as possible without affecting the operation efficiency.First of all, starting from the operational risk of road traffic flow, the definition of operational risk of trunk traffic is given, and the corresponding indicators of risk assessment are put forward respectively, and AHP is selected for quantitative description to achieve the operational risk classification of trunk traffic flow. Then,a traffic safety oriented optimization control model for signal coordination of urban road trunk lines is constructed.Based on the genetic algorithm, the two-level planning model for risk factors is designed and solved. Finally, four intersections on a main line in Xuancheng City,Anhui Province, are taken as the case to evaluate the operation risk of the main line traffic flow. Then, the adaptive coordinated optimal timing scheme and timing control timing scheme are designed respectively. The results show that the risk of arterial traffic operation without too much impact on traffic efficiency. |
