Global climate change and energy utilization crisis have always been the key issues affecting architecture.Architectural designers have always taken climate environment,resource utilization,energy conservation and other sustainable development as important references in architectural design.In this paper,some problems related to the study of semi-underground space meter are discussed from the perspective of building climate adaptation under specific regional climate conditions.The climatic design research of the semi-underground space in the cold region is a dynamic and variable semi-underground space form that satisfies the users’ sense of space activity and natural experience in the semi-underground space under the influence of the climatic environment in the cold region.Domestic currently half-and-half using underground space also have limitations,especially in cold region half underground space use also is block,half underground space of the traditional,though there is insufficient ventilation rate and indoor day lighting easy moisture using a disadvantage,but its unique heat retaining structure and the illicit close space,room temperature constant space such as energy-saving and ground-saving characteristics conform to the modern theory of the sustainable development of our country,Therefore,the research on the semi-underground space in the cold region has the significance of sustainable development.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the semi-underground space in the cold region and the factors affecting the optimum conditions,such as the spatial lighting and the thermal stability of the ventilation envelope structure,this paper puts forward the strategies for the passive optimum conditions of the semi-underground space in the cold region.Firstly,the passive methods are used to enhance the natural lighting and ventilation.The passive ventilation and lighting performance of the plane can be enhanced by design.The lighting interface of the semi-underground space can be increased by design.The physical characteristics of the air can be combined with the layout of the space to enhance the space gas flow rate and promote indoor ventilation.The second is to use the enclosure structure to adapt to and guard against the regional climate environment,through the design to enhance the adaptation of the enclosure structure to the climate environment in cold regions,improve the heat storage capacity of the enclosure structure;In addition,combined with the excellent analysis at home and abroad,the design theory and method of semi-underground space suitable for severe cold areas are formed.Finally,combining with the actual project,it puts forward the suitable strategy for the cold region and expounds the feasibility of the suitable design for the semi-underground space in the cold region.
