Equipment system is with the feature of huge scale,complex relationship,diverse tasks,and strong uncertainty.Therefore,many special effectiveness evaluation tools have been produced for different evaluation objects and tasks,which have poor reusability and flexibility.In order to enable the efficiency evaluation tool to evaluate different objects and tasks,and to improve its reusability and scalability,this paper studies the modeling,description,and combination techniques of effectiveness evaluation model.Firstly,due to the large number of effectiveness evaluation models,the effectiveness evaluation model system is designed.And the definition and classification of the effectiveness evaluation models and the concept of the effectiveness evaluation model system are given.Several types of evaluation models are divided according to the evaluation work content,which clarify the composition of the effectiveness evaluation model system.Aiming at the detailed composition of the evaluation model system,submodels under each type of model are given.At the same time,various types of models are composed according to functional associations,which further clarifies the functions and connections of the evaluation model.Aiming at the parameterization of the evaluation model,modeling and mathematical description are made for the evaluation index calculation model,comprehensive evaluation model,and evaluation result analysis and optimization model to facilitate the reuse of the efficiency evaluation modelSecondly,for the problem of how to combine evaluation models,the combinability analysis of the effectiveness evaluation model and the combination mechanism of the effectiveness evaluation model are proposed.In view of the problem of judging whether several models can be combined,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the combination,and choose metadata and XML evaluation model description methods to describe the basic attribute information and interface information of the evaluation model respectively,and formulate the description content.Based on the above research,the combinable index is proposed to analyze the composability of the model.To study the combination mechanism of the effectiveness evaluation model for the combination and communication of models,in this study,an evaluation model is regarded as a component,whose interface is encapsulated.Aiming at the problem of message communication between components,the interfaces of messages,components and connectors are designed.Finally,aiming at the combination and management requirements of evaluation models,evaluation model components and evaluation model management software are developed.In order to realize the combination of effectiveness evaluation models,the functional modules of the model components are designed,and the evaluation model components are implemented according to the research of component interface packaging.To support the reuse and combination of evaluation models,evaluation model management software are designed and implemented.This paper designs the requirements and functions of management software,and conducts detailed design of each module,and designs a database for the management of evaluation models.So that the software model has the functions of evaluation model management,evaluation model combination analysis and model combination calling.The effectiveness and practicability of the evaluation model management software are verified through the application of the effectiveness evaluation of an air defense system.
