Research On The Influencing Factors Of Government Quality Supervision And Management Effect Of Prefabricated Concrete Buildings Based On Multivariate Regression Analysis

As a new mode of industrial production which can effectively promote the transformation of engineering construction industry,prefabricated building has entered a fast track of development in China.However,due to the differences between the prefabricated process and the traditional construction process,and the relative lack of practical experience,the quality control of prefabricated buildings is still difficult.As the implementer of quality supervision and management,how to comply with the rapid development of prefabricated building to improve its supervision ability is particularly important for government.Based on the understanding of the relevant theories and the definition of the research objects,this thesis defines the quality forming characteristics and the corresponding quality supervision and management characteristics of the prefabricated concrete buildings.Using the methods of literature analysis,interviews and experience summary,this thesis identifies the system of the quality supervision and management effect of prefabricated concrete buildings,including 4 influencing dimensions,9 influencing factors and 22 explanatory points.On this basis,this thesis chose 20 prefabricated concrete government-subsidized housing projects in Guangdong Province as empirical cases.58 sample data were collected through questionnaire survey and multivariate regression model was built,to explore the significance and influence of different factors on the quality supervision and management effect.Finally,from the perspective of quality entity supervision,quality behavior supervision,government supervision department and policy development,this thesis puts forward some suggestions on improving the government quality supervision and management of prefabricated concrete buildings.The research will enrich and supplement the current independent theoretical system of quality management,government supervision and prefabricated buildings.At the same time,the thesis will help the government supervision department to improve the ability of quality supervision and management of prefabricated concrete buildings,and to improve the overall quality and promote the sustainable development of prefabricated concrete buildings.
