In order to strengthen the independent R & D construction,factory T plans to introduce a self-developed Battery Electric Vehicle.However,due to the big difference between the existing assembly line and the self-developed model in terms of technology and process,which mainly produces Japanese funded models,there is a problem of incompatibility,and a new assembly line is required.Therefore,the research on the balance of the assembly line of Battery Electric Vehicles in this paper is of great significance to improve the market competitiveness of the independent R & D automobile enterprises in China,and to reduce the operation cost and production cost of the automobile enterprises.The Battery Electric Vehicle assembly line is different from the common single and twosided assembly line.Due to the large assembling objects,such as instrument panel,seat,power assembly,etc.,the workstation can not be simply arranged as single and two-sided stations.Many processes need the mutual assistance of multiple operators,including work priority,parallel operation,assistance operation,etc.,which runs through the whole assembly line Line.Some workstations also need operators to walk around in multiple positions to pick up goods or assemble.Unlike the assembly line of fixed workstations,it is impossible to avoid movement.It is necessary to allocate work elements reasonably to minimize movement.In this paper,when assigning job elements,we fully consider the above situation of multiple operators' cross work and frequent movement,and set up relevant heuristic rules to limit the premise of such job elements.In this paper,for the design of Battery Electric Vehicle assembly line,first of all,the characteristics of Battery Electric Vehicle assembly line and its difference from the traditional fuel vehicles should be clarified.In this paper,the special requirements should be analyzed in detail,and the technical and equipment conditions needed for the new assembly line should be put forward.Then,combined with the market demand and the requirements of national laws and regulations,the production planning objectives and production sections of the model should be clarified According to the operation elements,the MOD method in the standard method of predetermined time is proposed to work out the reasonable standard working hours that meet the current situation.By considering the factors such as equipment constraints,human-machine constraints,etc.,certain constraints are set.Finally,combining the standard working hours,constraints,etc.,reasonable heuristic rules are set,and an easy to learn and popularize start which is suitable for enterprise managers is proposed Hair algorithm model,and find out the understanding.In terms of plant layout,this paper reasonably considers the existing conditions in the plant,expounds and arranges from the aspects of fire protection,environmental protection,water supply and drainage,electricity,ventilation,etc.,takes the minimum investment and conforms to the national laws and regulations as the premise,makes the best use of various resources of the original plant,and puts forward the layout scheme of new assembly line.It has been proved that the heuristic method proposed in this paper is an effective and convenient method to solve the problem of workstation layout and work element allocation in assembly line design,especially for the Battery Electric Vehicle assembly line with less research data at present,which can provide theoretical guidance for the field management of the assembly line.
