The company JF where the author works is a leader in the commercial vehicle industry.Its sales volume and profit are at the leading level,which is industry-leading.JF is the first demonstration unit in China to learn and practice lean production.It has rich experience and cultural connotation in standardization of operations management processes which is guided by lean thinking.For further enhance the company's efficiency,the author makes full use of the industrial engineering and management knowledge,and analyzes the current status?standard operation management and line balance of the company's commercial vehicle assembly line.After extensive investigation and summary,and communication with the frontline workers,workshop management,he collected a large amount of first-line information.After combining with practical experience.Comprehensive analysis of the problems existing in the standard operation of the company's commercial vehicle assembly line,the use of the body,the layout of the workplace,and the design of the personnel distribution.Therefore,research on the management and improvement of standard operations has great practical significance for the company.This paper studies the standardization of operations management processes mainly.The standard operation is to solve the problem of unbalanced operation load,unreasonable staff distribution and unreasonable process allocation in the production line.It is the basic management method of on-site lean production,and it is also an important method to optimize the production line,to improve efficiency and reduce labor load.It discusses the steps of commercial vehicle standard operation,and analyzes the optimization of the balance rate of commercial vehicle assembly line,optimizes the operation process through standard operation tools,makes the operation of the production line more balanced.Finally it establishes some ralated documents of standard operation on commercial vehicle assembly line.After all it summarizes the management experience of the standard operation implementation process.
