In recent years, the rise of consumer culture in historic conservation area has been a key factor in attracting tourists to relax and enhance the vitality of the blocks, and it is also the ultimate guide for the commercial development of blocks. On the other hand, the consumption culture dominated by capital is easy to disintegrate the characteristic "local value" of historic conservation area, and disintegrate the original social structure of the blocks, resulting in the homogenization of the block space. As a result, space resources are tilted toward high recreational consumption groups, which aggravates the unfair distribution of space resources, and proposes to construct a consumption space differentiation model that is suitable for multi-level sharing to realize the continuous update of the material space environment of historic conservation area and the stable succession of social classes Strengthen the inclusiveness of space. This article selects the most public value Zhongshan Avenue historic conservation area in Wuhan as the research object, and conducts research from three aspects: "differentiation index"-"differentiation characteristics"-"differentiation evaluation" of recreational consumption space.Specifically,(1)The construction of the differentiation index of the recreational consumption space of the block, combined with the social space attribute visitor density and the material space attribute consumption price, establishes the spatial differentiation index "per capita recreational consumption per unit area",and obtains the numerical characteristics of the index.(2)Research on the differentiation degree of recreational consumption space in the block.First, the global Moran index based on the index is used to judge whether there is differentiation in the recreational consumption space of the block, and then the local Moran index is used to measure the specific differentiation degree of the recreational consumption space in the block. The peak areas of recreational consumption are gathered near the communication square in the north, and the valley area is located along Jiqing Street and Wuhan Art Museum, forming a spatial pattern of polarization between the north and the south.(3)A study on the evaluation of the spatial differentiation of street recreational consumption. It comprehensively evaluates the status of the degree of spatial differentiation of block recreational consumption in three dimensions: the availability of block recreational services, the diversity of block recreational consumption and the satisfaction of recreational consumption.Research conclusions: 1)The value of the recreational consumption spatial index of ―per capita recreational consumption per unit area‖ in the historic conservation area of Zhongshan Road is divided into four types of consumption patterns. The overall average recreational consumption on working days is 1.11 yuan / person · ㎡,1.13 yuan / person · ㎡,38.33 yuan / person · ㎡ and 24.35 yuan / person · ㎡,the average average recreational spending with non-working days is 7.03 yuan / person · ㎡,1.27 yuan / person · ㎡,69.16 / person · ㎡ and 40.93 yuan / person · ㎡ The gap is wide, there is a clear stratification of the recreational consumption patterns of the blocks.2)The degree of differentiation of recreational consumption space exists in the historic conservation area of Zhongshan Avenue. The local Moran’s I value on working days is 0.451396,which is higher than the local Moran’s I value on non-working days. The degree of differentiation is greater.3)Differences in recreational consumption within the block are reasonable.First of all, recreational people have a positive attitude towards the recreational consumption price of the current business status of the block.Secondly, the difference in recreational consumption of the block spans multiple recreational groups of different classes, effectively alleviating the social isolation of historic conservation areablocks.According to the conclusions, the following suggestions are made: 1)Adjust the planning positioning and format of the northern and middle sections of the street,in line with the development pattern of the current status of the format 2)By deeply digging the tourism experience and scenario format of historical resources, solve the material space and The mismatch of consumer social space.3)Increasing the proportion of green land and public service facilities, promoting social integration, and reducing social isolation caused by different consumption patterns.Significance of research:(1)Practical significance, exploring the spatial operation mechanism with the microscopic characteristics of recreational consumption behavior in the neighborhood, and providing a planning and development model combining "material space" and "social space" for the old city renewal.Provide a template for historic conservation area of the same type in Wuhan.(2)Theoretical significance, starting from the public value of urban public space, following the development concept of "people-oriented",focusing on the fairness of recreational spaces in historic conservation area, and having a positive theoretical value for promoting social equity.
