The Western Han Dynasty Mausoleum is the fifth batch of national key cultural relics protection units in China. It was included in the World Cultural Heritage Reserve List in April 2019.There are a large number of villages within the Western Han Dynasty Mausoleum site area. The relationship between geographical location and cultural value has gradually appeared in people’s vision in the process of cultural heritage protection in recent years.Along with the speed of urban construction and the acceleration of the urban environmental transformation around the large ruins, the spatial environment of villages in the ruins area is changing. This study hopes to analyze the relationship between the villages in the ruins area and the strategy of renewal. The specific status and problems of the unit, the symbiotic interface and the symbiotic environment,so as to obtain the future development direction of how the villages and large ruins in the site will mutually benefit each other.Firstly, this article introduces the background and analysis of the development and evolution of the mausoleum and mausoleum culture of the emperor’s mausoleum in the Western Han Dynasty. It sorts out the overall distribution and current characteristics of the villages in the ruins area. The species is in a point-like homogeneous distribution form, and the other is in a band-like distribution along the fault wall. The two types of villages are classified and studied in terms of morphological texture, degree of destruction, village pattern and protection value, and the villages and The mausoleums are weakly connected, homogeneous in space, broken and single in landscape and foundation settings, and other common problems and their causes.Secondly, from the perspective of the symbiotic relationship, the applicability of the research hierarchical relationship and research content to the villages in the ruins area is analyzed. The conditions for the symbiosis between the tomb and the village are analyzed to establish the symbiotic relationship between the two.A case study of the symbiotic unit, symbiotic interface and symbiotic environment of the village, summarized the symbiotic characteristics of the villages in Changling and the site area, and analyzed the symbiotic relationship between the site and the village in the site area.Symbiotic problems such as insufficient intermediary interface media function and poor adaptability of the internal space of the symbiotic monomer. The author proposes a spatial symbiosis mechanism between the ruins and the villages in the ruins area, and discusses the establishment of the core carrier-symbiosis interface, the generation of the model language-spatial symbiosis model, and the specific content of the symbiotic space mechanism. The four development strategies under the relationship, the cultural interface—symbiosis strategy of the context and symbiosis unit, the environmental interface—symbiosis strategy of the symbiosis unit and the surrounding environment, the spatial interface—the symbiosis strategy within the symbiosis unit and the industry association strategy of the symbiosis unit. The characteristics of protection and development of villages in the ruins area are summarized, and the premise of protection and renewal needs to establish a symbiotic relationship;the establishment of the symbiotic interface is the core of the role of the symbiotic relationship; In addition to the elements,it is also necessary to refer to the site-level effects of site field effects and radiation radius quantification data. Finally,it summarizes the guiding methods for the protection and renewal of the villages in the ruins area.Taking Yiwei Village,a typical village in Changling,as an example, the cultural elements, overall environmental planning and design of the villages in the ruins area from the perspective of culture, environment, space and industrial interface At the level of building space renovation and renewal and industrial activation and renewal, the direction and measures for the protection and development of villages in the future ruins area are proposed.
