Prefabricated steel structure residential structure design framework is often used to-support structure,frame structure of the column section size,the type of column section size,column grid size affects its space use function and project economy,to reflect the comprehensive prefabricated high-rise steel structure housing economic advantage,it is necessary for top prefabricated steel structure residential structure selection and structure optimization are studied.Based on the actual engineering projects of 30-story large column grid and 28-story small column grid steel structure housing,this paper studies the structure selection and structure optimization of high-rise prefabricated steel structure housing,and compares and analyzes the seismic performance and steel quantity of steel structure housing under different column grid layouts.The main research works are as follows:(1)set the performance target according to the specification,build the residence with 30 floors of large column net and 28 floors of small column net steel structure with MIDAS GEN,and build the model for the standardized assembly of the steel column according to the number of floors,and calculate the amount of steel used for the structure of large column net and small column net after the standardized construction.(2)the standardization construction of large column grid and small column grid structure model for static elastoplastic analysis,the vibration mode loading with constant acceleration loading two loading modes respectively from the X,Y direction to load,it is concluded that the four kinds of operating mode under severe earthquake performance points of the base shear,interlayer displacement Angle and plastic hinge in order.Then,the dynamic nonlinear time-history analysis was conducted.Three natural waves(EI Centro waves,Holly waves,Sanfern waves)and one artificial wave were selected according to the specifications and literatures to obtain the time-history response of the structure under rare earthquakes,and the results were compared and analyzed with the results of the static elastoplastic analysis.(3)The seismic performance of the steel structure housing with large column grid and small column grid layout was compared,and the steel quantity was studied comprehensively.Through comprehensive analysis of all aspects,the conclusion that the comprehensive economic cost of steel structure housing with large column gridwas better than that of steel structure housing with small column grid was drawn.The research on structure selection and structure optimization of high-rise prefabricated steel structure housing can provide certain theoretical reference value for engineering application.
