In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,the development of construction industry has also emerged a new situation.The construction industry is developing fast and the construction market is in great demand.Under the increasingly fierce market competition and challenge,the construction enterprises want to smooth over and long term development,item cost management and control as enterprise management.The important part of the research.Therefore,it is extremely necessary to carry out the cost analysis and cost control management of the construction project.The project cost control is analyzed,solved and analyzed by the adverse factors of the project cost.The theory research method of the win value method and the value engineering is used,and the project is from the early stage of the project,the construction process and the accepta nce check and acceptance for the different stages of the project.The whole process is controlled and rectified to ensure that the actual cost of the project can reach the cost objective plan.This can not only provide basic guarantee for the survival and development of construction enterprises,but also further enhance the economic efficiency of construction enterprises.This paper takes the cost control theory as the main line and basis of the research,compares and analyzes the development path and curre nt situation of cost control both at home and abroad.This paper uses the research method combining theory and case,takes the project cost control system of A construction enterprise as a case study,finds out the problem link of the cost control system,and analyzes the optimization and system.Set up the best cost control implementation plan suitable for enterprise development.The scheme is designed mainly from five aspects,including the establishment of the responsibility index system of the management layer in the construction preparation stage,the establishment of the cost management control center,and the specific implementation of the cost control responsibility,and the analysis of the main factors affecting the main cost: for example,the three major costs of labor,material and machinery.The cost of the construction project is analyzed in the dynamic control management of the whole process.At the same time,it pays attention to the comprehensive dynamic cost control from the point of view of the four goals of cost,quality,progress and safety.The focus of this paper is on the cost control of building materials.Secondly,for the control of labor,machinery and other costs,the three costs of labor,material and machinery are almost 60%-70% of the total cost of the engineering cost,and the cost of material accounts for about 60% of the total cost of the project.Therefore,the procurement of construction materials,the analysis of market price trend and the arrangement of material plans are particularly important in the whole cost control of construction enterprises.In this paper,the value engineering theory is used to compare and optimize the suppliers of building materials.O n the cost and progress of the two levels of comprehensive cost control,the theory of win value method is introduced to compare and analyze the scheme,to weigh the best scheme of the comprehensive cost control of each project.At the same time,using the deviation method to analyze the data,through the data analysis on the plan,budget and actual cost of the construction project of A construction enterprise,the combination analysis of the two parties of the win value method and the deviation method is beneficial to the research of the project cost control of the A construction enterprise,which is more conducive to the early decision of the management level.Finally,it puts forward the supporting management system for A construction enterprises to implement cost control.At the same time,it also controls and rectify the dynamic management of the whole process cost of the preparatory stage,construction stage and completion stage of the construction project of A construction enterprise,and finally makes a general conclusion and prospects for the full text.Finally,through this study,I hope to provide some valuable reference and reference for the optimization and design of cost control of the same type of construction enterprises.
