Study On The Suitability And Space Environment Of Community Pension Model

With the rapid development of China’s national economy,the consumption ability and awareness of the elderly are increasing.Under the continuous influence of family planning policy in the past long time,China has gradually entered an aging society.The large number of the elderly population and the aging speed are too fast,which brings new pressure and challenges to the society.What pension mode does the elderly choose? How to make old people enjoy their old age in good health? How to achieve a more suitable pension for China’s national conditions? These have become a series of social problems worthy of consideration.The speed of aging population is too fast,which puts forward higher requirements for architects.Most of the residential buildings and planning that have been built and used lack of research on the living conditions of the elderly and the physiological and psychological needs of the elderly,lack of aging design,which causes inconvenience to the life and communication of the elderly.When the home-based pension model can not meet the needs of the elderly,community pension can make up for these deficiencies.However,the community pension model started late in China,and the number is less,and the current community pension space is not mature enough to meet the needs of more elderly people.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the suitability and spatial environment of the community pension model,and to put forward corresponding design strategies,so as to provide some suggestions for the study of residential area planning and design under the community pension model,and to make efforts to create a positive living environment for the elderly.Based on the traditional family pension,social institution pension and community pension,which are the three most common pension models in China at present,this paper takes the community pension model which has distinct advantages and has been widely concerned and valued as the research object.Based on the problems in the practical application of the pension model,this paper summarizes the matching spatial environment design solutions and strategies.Based on the existing research literature and relevant materials,this paper combines three cases of "Nanyuan new village community","affinity source" and "Chaohu mountain and water Huating elder’s home" respectively,taking comparative analysis of advantages and disadvantages as the main research method,starting with the necessity of developing community pension mode in China,and analyzes the four aspects of the elderly’s physiology,psychology,behavior and society under thecommunity pension mode Based on the analysis of the features and needs of the face and the matching of the space environment design,this paper puts forward the space environment design strategy that conforms to the characteristics and needs of the elderly.At the same time,I hope that more academic colleagues will pay attention to and participate in the research on the suitability and spatial environment of the community pension model.
