With the vigorous promotion of steel structure Bridges in China,the steel box girder is more and more widely used in bridge engineering.This paper mainly studies the technical points in the construction process of steel box girder bridge,and introduces the technical points in the construction process of steel box girder with the example of the construction of steel box girder section in the jiangnan connection of wuhu changjiang river railway bridge.Due to the temporary support for the whole construction process of steel box girder bridge engineering quality and safety plays an important role,therefore this article with wuhu Yangtze river and the iron bridge steel box girder section in the process of the construction of temporary support,for example,on the strength of the steel box girder bridge of temporary support,stability,on the working condition of slip,and for calculating foundation bearing capacity of support.The main work and achievements of the thesis are as follows:Firstly,this paper analyzes the development status of steel box girder Bridges at home and abroad,and defines the research objectives and contents of this topic.Secondly,the structural principle of steel box girder bridge is analyzed.Then,the project overview of the steel box girder section of wuhu changjiang river highway and railway bridge is introduced,which mainly includes the project background,engineering geological conditions,main technical standards and structural design overview.Then the key construction technologies of steel box girder section of wuhu Yangtze river highway and railway bridge are analyzed and studied in detail,including: overall installation scheme,hoisting construction,installation and unloading of temporary supports,and on-site welding technology.Finally,the finite element modeling analysis is carried out on the temporary support of the steel box girder section of wuhu Yangtze river highway and railway bridge.The strength and overall stability of the U4 and U7 supports are calculated.The foundation bearing capacity of the support is checked.Through the research on the key construction technology of steel box girder section of wuhu Yangtze river highway and railway bridge,it provides reference for similar projects in the future.
