A Study On Hefei’s Informatization Of Operations Management Of Urban Rail Transit-based On Big Data

As the main line of urban public transport,urban rail transit is punctual,safe,comfortable,high-speed and eco-friendly.Because of such advantages,it will be the trend of urban public transport in densely populated cities in the future.In view of the fast development of Internet and information technology nowadays,informatization is an inexorable trend to operations management of enterprises.Mass data,generated by informatization,will bring new challenges to management of enterprises.Meanwhile,the fast development of big data also provide methods to overcome shortcomings of traditional data management,such as low reliability and inefficiency.Hadoop,the main software in cloud computing and big data analysis,using distributed processing structure,has already been widely used in different industries.The great advantages of Hadoop are its high reliability,good cost performance,high performance and expansibility.Therefore,Hadoop is appropriate for rail transit enterprises,which need to process massive data,since it can solve facing problems.Taking Hefei’s information construction of operations management of urban rail transit as the subject of this research,according to the Nolan Model,it indicates that Hefei’s information construction of urban rail transit is in the stage of data management.At this stage,the information system starts to evolve from every single application into a comprehensive application with the support of the logical database.There are four major problems of Hefei’s information construction of operations management of urban rail transit at this stage which are analyzed in detail in this article,including the inconsistent data interface,the delayed response of information system to the new business,the unthorough restructuring of the organization and the business and the lack of information management specialists.The author came up with not only the idea that Hadoop can be used to construct the big data processing and analysis platform of operations management,which can develop our ability to analyze rail transit data,but also the explorations of related applications which is based on those big data platforms.At last,the corresponding countermeasures,including the standardization of the data standard,the optimization of the organization and the business,and the recruitment of information management specialists,are proposed from the aspects of business system design and management support.The enterprise should make scientific decisions and avoid risks of information construction so as to ensure the sustainable development.
