China is considered to be the fastest growing aviation industry,the potential of the largest countries,with double push China's opening up policy and economic activity continues to surge in China's civil aviation industry in recent years has been the rapid development of the aviation industry but cannot keep up the pace of development talent development speed enterprise many enterprises have labor costs are too high,the brain drain,inefficient human resources management and other issues.KM Airport As for South Asia,Southeast Asia and connecting Europe and Asia large national hub airport is also facing pressure surge aviation,transportation and other issues to strengthen market competition,how to ensure that the airport security operations under the premise of improving passenger service quality,and enhance their own competitiveness has become the airport must pay attention to the problem.Based on the research results of the existing basis for reference to above,the present situation of human resources KM airport,the preparation having the characteristics of enterprise employee satisfaction survey,the KM airport employees,two,three managers survey questionnaires 300,257 valid questionnaires.SPSS software for statistical survey results and analysis aimed at understanding the various dimensions of the airport staff job satisfaction,and find out the main reason for the low employee satisfaction,employee satisfaction and suggest improvements KM airport countermeasures and suggestions for the problem.This study obtained the following conclusions:1.Through field surveys and questionnaires factor analysis,KM airport employee satisfaction constituted mainly by five dimensions,namely the satisfaction of the work itself,pay level satisfaction,satisfaction with interpersonal relations,promotion and personal satisfaction as well as organizational development and management system satisfaction;2.KM airport staff work overall satisfaction rating of 2.87 points,between "general"and "relatively satisfied" in five dimensions,the system of organization and management of staff satisfaction with the highest level of satisfaction with the lowest salary;3.Employees get gender significantly affect employee satisfaction,and employee job satisfaction of women than men by independent samples T-test;4.ANOVA get employees age,rank,length of service have a significant impact on job satisfaction;Based on the above conclusions,this paper improve the work itself satisfaction,set scientific and reasonable salary system,to create a harmonious and smooth communication environment and provide broader career development space and improve the enterprise management mechanism and other aspects of improving employee satisfaction and improve work enthusiasm,concrete recommendations to enhance the human resource management capabilities.
