| This dissertation indicates the applications of quality control(QC)in industrial dynamic system projects.Taking the YF park construction project as a case,this dissertation focuses on the whole process QC research in three stages: decision-making,implementation and operation.There are all kinds of quality problems in 5 aspects: man,machine,material,method,and environment,such as: Weak quality consciousness,low level of expertise and lack of experience from staff.Non-practical demands and market research.Using low cost performance or disqualification machines and material.Establishing unreasonable organization and operation rules.To solve these problems,this paper adopts the method of QC,such as: Establishing different quality organization system.Building the whole process QC.Selecting experienced staff in design,construction,operation and maintenance stage.Constructing reasonable file system and communication mechanism.Appling the causal and effect diagram,Pareto Diagram method in QC.In the process of construction,the effect of these QC methods reflected gradually.Though the establishment of the file system,confirmation of rules and making detailed plan in decision-making stage,we assure the successful process and on schedule completion of project.In addition in implementation stage,we confirm the advantages in running cost and construction schedule and build a low cost,high quality project.In the final operation period,through the establishment of training mechanism and the operation and maintenance rules,we ensure the successful operated project. |
