Engineering construction and building materials are the basis of construction activities,human's unlimited pursuit of architectural function and space,so that we have to face severe resource and environmental problems.The green development of building and building materials is an important measure for the transformation of construction industry,therefore it is the key to develop an appropriate evaluation technology,and the development of green evaluation technology of building materials has become one of the most important research directions.In this paper,the existing green and environment-friendly evaluation methods and the whole life cycle framework and process of building materials products are analyzed,the green comprehensive evaluation index system of building materials is established,and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to determine the weights of evaluation indexes;The evaluation grade of index is established,and the green comprehensive evaluation criteria for ready-mixed concrete products are developed according to the green comprehensive evaluation index system;Based on the green comprehensive evaluation criterion of ready mixed concrete,the green degree of two typical ready-mixed concrete products produced by a concrete enterprise is analyzed and evaluated.The main research of this paper is as follows:Studing The index system structure and the construction method of the existing life cycle assessment method and analyzing the characteristics of building materials products in the aspects of resources,energy,environment and human health to establishe the index system of three layers of tree structure.In the index system,the "control index items" as the entry evaluation items,with one vote veto;"Environmental impact assessment items" as the core of the index system is the evaluation of sub items,the total score of 100 points;In the index system,the economic index is set up as an auxiliary evaluatio n item,no score,only calculate the economic burden of the building materials,so as to provide reference for the selection of green building materials.Product evaluation needs to determine the weight of its related index items,and the fuzzy extension interval analytic hierarchy process is applied to the evaluation of building materials products for the first time.Based on the analysis of the degree of importance of the index items,the scale of the importance of the corresponding indexes is determined according to the 1-9 scale method.According to the upper and lower point matrix -=((64)5)-)9)×9)and +=((64)5)+)9)×9)of the judgment matrix,the “k”and “m”values are calculated to verify the consistency of the judgment.According to the comprehensive evaluation index system,the comprehensive evaluation criterion of ready-mixed concrete is established.Set up the grading standard of product evaluation index items;Analysis of the characteristics of indicators and the aspects of resources,energy and environment and human health of ready-mixed concrete,determining the evaluation index system of ready-mixed concrete and quantifying the indicators to establish evaluation criteria and basis;Based on the fuzzy extension interval analytic hierarchy process to calculate the index weight of the evaluation index system and the score of each index item.Based on the comprehensive evaluation criteria of ready-mixed concrete,two typical C45 ready-mixed concrete products produced in a concrete enterprise were evaluated.A group products did not use recycled aggregate and fly ash and B group products were mixed with 30% recycled aggregate and 30% fly ash.The evaluation score of the two groups was A: score 68.58,one star;B: score 91.78,four star.the B group had a significantly higher degree of greenness(or environmental friendliness)than the A group.Research shows that: On the basis of ensuring the performance of concrete,make full use of industrial and mining products to replace the traditional raw materials will significantly improve the energy consumption and environmental impact of ready-mixed concrete products,among them,the reduction of dust solid waste is the most significant,which has very important practical significance to alleviate the problem of regional air pollution.
