With the human society entering the era of information and knowledge economy,the level of information management directly affects the quality and level of enterprise management activities.Information has become a kind of strategic resource,which,together with energy and materials,has become a pillar to promote the development of enterprises.It is the basis of organization and operation,as well as the basis for enterprises to use modern management concepts and methods for efficient management.The survival,development and growth of enterprises are inseparable from knowledge management.At present,many enterprises at home and abroad have put knowledge management in an important position,which has achieved great results.Company C is a leading global supplier of automobile braking,fuel and air conditioning systems,mainly engaged in the research and development,production,sales and other businesses of automobile parts.Its employees have a wide range of knowledge and many contacts,however,the level of enterprise information has not been high,and the existing knowledge management has completely lagged behind the current development needs of the company,which has become a "stumbling block" restricting the development of the company.In view of the current development requirements of Shanghai Branch,the author of this paper conducts a survey and Research on knowledge management.First,through searching and browsing the current knowledge,knowledge management and knowledge management system and other related literature and information,as well as the research status in the field of knowledge management at home and abroad,to serve as the theoretical basis.Secondly,it describes the general situation of Shanghai Branch,the current situation of knowledge management and the problems existing in knowledge management.The problems are as follows: weak knowledge recognition ability,lack of systematic knowledge acquisition,nonstandard knowledge storage and knowledge loss,insufficient knowledge exchange,low efficiency of knowledge sharing,insufficient knowledge application and innovation ability,and focuses on these problems Research and analysis.The reasons for these problems are lack of knowledge management,lack of information tools,backward knowledge management tools,imperfect knowledge management system,lack of a unified information integration platform,lack of knowledge management organization structure.Thirdly,starting from these problems of knowledge management in the company,this paper analyzes the causes of these problems,and then designs a complete set of knowledge management improvement plan,which specifically includes the following contents: knowledge management training system design,information technology application design,knowledge management workflow design,knowledge management system design,unified knowledge management level Platform design,unified knowledge management platform design and knowledge management organization system design.Finally,a set of implementation plan is designed and implemented according to the following aspects: implementation plan,implementation guarantee and implementation effect evaluation.In this paper,the author designed the Shanghai Branch’s knowledge management improvement program,which will help the company to solve the problems encountered in the current knowledge management,and improve its knowledge management level,at the same time,effectively guarantee the implementation of the company’s development strategy,and improve its competitiveness in the industry.
