The rapid development of China's agricultural trade industry has injected new vitality into the renewal of urban communities.In the new era,the community market not only takes the traditional responsibility of serving the daily life of the residents,but also takes on the new mission and role of bearing the city cultural memory and creating the community humanistic atmosphere.Food market is not only a shopping place,but also a place for community communication and nurturing neighborhood warmth.Under the background of aging society,intelligent information,diversified forms of consumption and personalized needs of residents,its spatial experience needs to be improved,such as poor infrastructure conditions,single service function,unreasonable layout of space and moving lines,lack of local cultural characteristics and many other problems to be solved.During the exploration of community development and upgrading in Shanghai,the concept of "15-minute community life circle" was proposed to solve the urban problems caused by population pressure,traffic congestion,land shortage,weak protection of natural ecology and historical architecture.Therefore,the space of market has become a key area of community upgrading.The author chooses the Meijiale market as the research sample,and takes the content of public service space construction and transformation in the "15-minute community life circle" planning as the starting point to design and reconstruct the food market space.Based on the current situation and development trend of the market,combined with the population structure,demand analysis and community cultural characteristics of the residents in the circle,starting from the functional composite,land-use efficiency,space sharing,site opening,multiple needs,environmental protection sustainability and community characteristics,and aiming at the optimization of the space and function of the old market.The feasibility scheme experiment is carried out to explore and enlighten the new operation mode of the market.It can provide reference value for similar space design.Broaden the vision of community life circle planning,and extend to the design and application of other public service spaces and facilities with the focus on the transformation of food market space.The author believes that in the future,the planning of15-minute community life circle will be regarded as a basis guidance,or even a standard,which will be applied to the field of market space design in a hierarchical and classified way;at the same time,this perspective will provide a practical basis for the renovation and renewal of old community market space,so as to radiate the vitality of urban culture and inherit the memory of the city.
