| With the development of scientific instruments and the rise of computer technology,virtual instrument technology combined with scientific instruments and computers has become an important means of computer-aided measurement.Therefore,the development and research of virtual instruments has become an important research topic.In this paper,a fiber optic spectrometer system for spectral measurement analysis and a comprehensive test system for APD performance parameter detection were developed using virtual instrument technology.Firstly,the fiber optic spectrometer hardware system based on the existing instrument platform of the laboratory was built,and the development of the virtual instrument of the spectrum analysis software was completed by LabVIEW.The test was compared with the existing fiber optic spectrometer in the laboratory.The testing and analysis of the microfiber knot resonator spectrum verified the feasibility of the system,and encapsulated the test system software,completed the release of the application and installation procedures,and provided a feasible method for the development of the fiber spectrometer.Secondly,in order to meet the project requirements of automatic measurement of APD performance parameters,based on the hardware system,the LabVIEW-based PC system test software was developed,and the software was used to complete the measurement and analysis of performance parameters,and all measurement functions under the same test interface are realized.Finally,the application and installer of the APD comprehensive test system are generated and released,which provides a reliable test method for the development and production of APD,and has good application value.This paper developed the test system based on the virtual instrument technology combined with scientific instrument and computer,which has broad application prospects in the field of test and analysis instruments. |
