Post Occupancy Evaluation(POE) Study On Landscape Reconstruction Of Western Green Building Center Site With Multi-stakeholders Participation

During the overall process of design,construction and use of landscape projects,the actual results of the project are usually promoted by the contradictions of the needs of different stakeholders at different levels.Undoubtedly,the focus that needs to be broken through in POE research is how to fully expose,study and solve the real demands and contradictions of multi-stakeholders hid behind the built environment.Based on the above background,this paper takes the landscape reconstruction of Western Green Building Center Site of Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology(hereinafter referred to as the “Western Green Building Center Site”)as the research object,and depending on the object definition,development summary,contradiction investigation,participation in visits,comparative analysis and other means,it obtains a POE model based on the Western Green Building Center Site,the POE scale analysis of multi-stakeholders,which reveals the basic contradiction of multi-stakeholders in the campus landscape.It eventually proposes the optimized proposal of the landscape reconstruction.The core research of the paper is divided into three parts.Firstly,based on the POE basic theory tools,a POE model suitable for the research objects is established to guide the information collection and analysis.Secondly,basic problems regarding the site are summarized from the perspectives of user characteristics research,multi-stakeholders interviews and participation surveys of author,etc.Then the site reconstruction proposal and ideal design model based on Western Green Building Center Site of Xi'anUniversity of Architecture and Technology is proposed.Finally,the fundamental demands of different stakeholders are classified and analyzed on the basis of interview proposal,and the contradictory relationship among the various stakeholders is revealed by setting up a mutual mapping array.Furthermore,a third-party evaluation mechanism also gets involved from the point of design optimizable,thus obtains the optimizing strategies of landscape site on account of the contradiction revealing of multi-stakeholders.Three conclusions are drawn in this paper.To begin with,it finds out 4 relevant stakeholders,respectively stakeholders of decision-making,construction stakeholders,usage stakeholders and management stakeholders.Secondly,it reveals totally 26 potential contradictions between multi-stakeholders.Thirdly,it proposes the spatial optimization strategies from the point of design optimizable,of Western Green Building Center Site.
