In recent years,the number of cars entering thousands of households has been increasing,and the urban traffic congestion has been aggravated.Under the background of scarce land resources,the problems of insufficient parking resources and disorderly parking in cities have become increasingly serious.Shared Parking is considered as one of the effective means to alleviate the parking contradiction.However,the theory of Shared Parking has been put forward for many years,but it is still in the exploration level.The reason is that in the implementation process of Shared Parking,there are some conflicts of interest among all parties involved,resulting in many difficulties.In view of this,this paper in order to successfully implement the Shared Parking wangfujing as a case,try to carry out from the ground work mode,research and analysis method,the optimization model of parking resources such as Angle,putting forward a complete set of Shared Parking ground implementation methods and technologies,and wanted to share parking subsequent bring enlightenment and reference for theory and practice.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,different from the previous research method of making plans to carry out experiments according to problems,this paper,based on the research method of grounded theory flashback,traces the successful implementation of Shared Parking in wangfujing cases,and summarizes and extracts the working mode of Shared Parking.Finally,a theoretical model of Shared Parking landing is established,which provides a working idea and framework for the implementation of Shared Parking landing.Secondly,research is carried out on the technical methods needed for the research,filing and in-depth interview in the basic stage of the theoretical model.The database was built by carrying out residents' demand registration and filing,and research on parked vehicles on the side of the road,and the actual parking demand was gradually compacted through data matching.Based on the time series model of parking demand prediction,the prediction method of the supply of Shared Parking Spaces is established.It provides accurate basic data support for the implementation of Shared Parking.Then,in order to allocate Shared Parking resources in a scientific and fair way,this paper establishes an optimal two-level programming model for parking resources based on Shared Parking users and Shared platform managers.Starting from the perspective of parking users,the upper model,based on the concept of value function in prospect theory instead of the traditional stochastic utility theory,forms the objective function of the optimal utility satisfaction of parking users,and predicts and distributes the choice of parking modes of residents participating in parking sharing.Based on the optimal equilibrium of the system,the model of the lower level USES floating to adjust the Shared Parking price,changes the probability of parking lot selection,minimizes the average difference of parking space vacancy index,and constructs the objective function of the lower level.Finally,a Shared Parking resource allocation scheme is obtained by using simulated annealing algorithm.Finally,taking wangfujing district of Beijing as the object,this paper verifies the theoretical model,investigation and analysis method,two-layer programming model of Shared Parking resource optimization,and the governance effect after the implementation of Shared Parking.Finally,this paper makes a beneficial exploration on the method and technology of Shared Parking landing,and provides a foundation for future research.
