| In the context of housing stock in the 21 st century,a large number of existing homes in many respects no longer meet the current national and industry norms,and cannot meet the needs of residents.With the promotion of national policies and the development of related research,the livable renovation of existing houses has gradually become the focus of residents’ lives.As the finishing work of the renovation project,it is very important to check the completion of the project to conduct a scientific effect evaluation after the transformation.Nowadays,the research on the effect of livable transformation of existing houses is still relatively insufficient,and a unified standard has not yet been formed.In response to this situation,China is vigorously promoting relevant research on the effects of transformation and implementation.This article relies on the national key research and development plan of the 13 th Five-Year Plan and launches relevant scientific research.1.After clarifying the research background,research purpose,and research content,the relevant theories and standards of residential evaluation at home and abroad,including evaluation indicators,system weight values,and evaluation content,are organized and studied to provide a theoretical basis for establishing an evaluation system.2.Investigate existing settlements in the northern region through field surveys,household questionnaires and interview dialogues.The content of the survey includes the current status of the transformation of existing settlements and the needs of residents,and summarizes the enlightenment for the construction of the evaluation system.3.Combining the research status at home and abroad and the renovation work of existing houses in China,a system structure based on the effects of the renovation of existing houses in the north has been established from three different aspects: performance,function and environment.The system structure is divided into three levels,and the combination of AHP and expert weighting method is used to determine the weight value of each indicator,and the evaluation results are graded according to the relevant national norms and standards,which are one star and two stars.3 grades,three-star.4.Select a typical community case after comprehensive transformation,conduct trial evaluation,and put forward related problems and further improvement suggestions.5.Summarize the research content,and also summarize and reflect on the shortcomings of the research process and results. |
