Evidence-based Research On The Design Of Nursing Home Building Space

As China's aging is deepening,the demand for old-age buildings in the society is increasing,and the old-age industry is also developing rapidly.The elderly live and act in the old-age building space,but the current status of these spaces can meet the needs of the elderly for comfortable living.In order to effectively improve the problem of old-age care,this paper introduces the "evidence-based" method to effectively guide the design of old-age buildings: guided by evidence-based design,the main users of the building as the key considerations,the analysis of the pre-design evidence,in the study of users On the basis of physical and psychological needs,the spatial design of the care of the elderly is carried out from the physical level and the psychological level.In turn,the design strategies related to old-age buildings are obtained,and the evidence-based methods are effectively used to guide the design of old-age buildings.Based on this,this paper first summarizes the basic concepts and related theories,and then establishes the theory-based evidence-based main body of the nursing home construction space consisting of residential space,transportation space,entertainment activity space,public service space and outdoor space;The defined evidence-based object;the evidence-based carrier consisting of the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly determines the evidence-based framework of this paper.This paper extracts the evidence-based analysis of six nursing homes in Guangzhou,collects the relevant data of the nursing home's building space through the field research method and the questionnaire survey method,and obtains the spatial elements and design weights that have an impact on the architectural space design through the analytic hierarchy process.Through the comprehensive analysis of the current situation case and the comparison and summary of the reference cases,the problems of relevant space design factors are discussed,which provides practical support for the design strategy summary of the next part.According to the above discussion,this paper proposes an optimal design strategy for the nursing home's architectural space,including optimization strategies for the residential space,transportation space,recreational space,public service space and outdoor space.In a word,this paper proves that the influential factors of the design of the nursing home's architectural space are diversified.Through the multi-factor analytic hierarchy process,the weight analysis of the design elements is carried out.Combined with the case comparison analysis,a suitable nursing house architectural space optimization design strategy is proposed,which makes the design of the old-age building space more In line with the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly,it provides a comfortable living space for the elderly,meets the spiritual needs of the elderly,brings vitality and convenience to the elderly,and allows more elderly people who choose to stay in the old age to enjoy their later life.Trying to provide necessary data support and theoretical reference for the design and development of nursing homes in China.
