| The pedestrians crossing behavior is one of the main causes of car accidents.With the increase of car ownership in China,more and more road space are occupied by vehicles and pedestrians become a vulnerable part in the traffic,it has become research focus on how to determine the safety of pedestrians crossing the street.This study will analyze the pedestrians’ different degree of awareness in different road environment and explore the relationship between pedestrians’ actual perception degree and the actual degree of road safety.The pedestrian safety and reliability are analyzed by modeling in this thesis.The data of the behavior of the pedestrians and the vehicles are analyzed and the experiment schedule is designed based on the analysis result.Then,get the influence factor of affecting the behavior of vehicles and the safety of pedestrian crossing.Next,we define the valid and invalid data respectively and model the pedestrian crossing safety and reliability.1.Pedestrian crossing safety model and pedestrian perception safety model.(1)Define the pedestrian crossing safety model and find the key influence factor from the statistics by using the data standardization and the principal component analysis and modeling the pedestrian crossing safety model.(2)Define the pedestrian perception safety model and get the different perception characteristic by classify the pedestrians.Then set up the function model of the pedestrian perception safety,and verify the parameter by regression analysis.2.Pedestrian crossing reliability model.(1)We use the concept of reliability degree R from the system safety engineering as a reference to establish the pedestrian crossing reliability model by analyzing the parameter from the reliability degree and our pedestrian crossing reliability model.We use R(F)model to represent the crossing reliability of different kind of pedestrian under different pedestrian crossing safety.(2)We verify the different parameters of the model by regression analysis according to the result of field investigation data.Then,we establish a model with the input of actual traffic conditions and the output with different categories pedestrians crossing reliability and give different suggestions for pedestrians’ crossing behavior based on the model function graphics.We establish a mathematic model of the reliability of pedestrian crossing safety,pedestrian perception safety and pedestrian crossing activities based on the result of field investigation data.We provide a train of thought and theory support to calculate the pedestrian crossing probability and evaluate the reliability of the current activities under some given traffic condition and pedestrian type distribution. |
