| With rapid development of the global economy,human demand for energy is also surging sharply.During human utilization of traditional energy resources such as coal and petroleum,pollutants with great impact on the environment such as dust,carbon monoxide,sulfur dioxide are produced.Due to bulk mining,the reserve volume is decreasing gradually in the danger of drying up.With people’s enhanced awareness of environmental protection,wind,solar,geothermal power and other new energy resources have been gradually generalized and widely applied.Compared with traditional energy sources,new energy resources with large reserve volume and barely no pollution are of great significance in protecting global environment and solving energy depletion issues.Among them,solar energy,as the primary new energy resource with inexhaustible and non-polluting characteristics is rapidly developed and extensively used.Solar energy is mainly utilized in two forms,namely,light-heat conversion and light-electric conversion.Photovoltaic power generation through light-electric conversion is the main approach to realize achieve large-scale development and utilization.There are two kinds of photovoltaic power station,distributed power station and centralized power station.The distributed power stations available for construction in places easily accessible to the public power grid such as idle roof and fishpond can fully use space and obtain a certain return on investment.Centralized PV power stations with large installed capacity and large area occupation are usually built in remote areas rich in solar energy resources,such as deserts and mountainous areas with poor farming conditions,thus converting local natural resources into electric energy.However,due to the relatively high construction cost of photovoltaic power station,especially centralized photovoltaic power station in need of large scale and great investment,the development of photovoltaic projects is restricted to some extent.This paper firstly analyzes the research background and significance of the topic,as well as the current development situation of China’s photovoltaic power station construction,and proposes the main technical routes used in the research process of this topic.Secondly,the paper sorts out and summarizes project schedule management and relevant theories,including project management,scope management,and schedule management,specifically analyzes and studies schedule management from four aspects,the concept,content,method and principle,respectively.On this basis,this paper elaborates photovoltaic engineering management.Then,with Yanyuan FG Company as an example,this paper introduces photovoltaic power station construction project,and proposes the process of photovoltaic power station project management.In the end,this paper formulates the work flow of TNW photovoltaic power station construction according to the characteristics of photovoltaic power station construction,compiles the corresponding work schedule plan combined with relevant project management technologies and methods.According to actual cases,this paper studies the schedule management of TNW photovoltaic power station construction project,and meanwhile evaluates the schedule management performance of TNW photovoltaic power station construction project from three aspects of human factor,equipment factor and environmental factor. |
