As charging facility for electric vehicles,AC charging pile has many advantages,such as clean and pollution-free,and low battery loss.However,most AC charging piles do not have the function of communicating with electric vehicles,and cannot obtain the vehicle battery demand;and the charging position is often occupied by fuel vehicles,resulting in low charging pile usage;at the same time,most charging piles do not connect with the regional power grid,resulting in uncontrol of charging load.Therefore,it is of great significance to design an intelligent charging pile system which can realize multi-network information fusion.This paper analyzes the problem of insufficient information interaction between AC charging piles and charging vehicles,regional power grids and charging parking space,and proposes a intelligent charging pile system with multi-network information fusion based on electric vehicle networking,charging parking network,smart grid and internet of things for charging equipment.On this basis,it analyzes the function and software and hardware requirements of the intelligent charging pile system,and completes the design of the combined charging control subsystem and the multi-network information interaction subsystem,realizing the combined charging function and multi-network integration function of the system.Based on the overall design scheme of intelligent charging pile system,the hardware part of the system adopts a dual-chip architecture,which realizing the design of charging control circuit and auxiliary circuit of the system,and reducing the difficulty of hardware circuit design;In software design,The system is divided into three functional modules: combined charging control,multi-network information interaction and power regulation,realizing the software functions of vehicle information collection,parking status monitoring and charging power regulation.And it also uses wireless mode and Socket technology to realize multi-network information interaction and operation command control.Finally,in order to verify the correctness and feasibility of the system design,an AC charging pile experimental platform was built,the main functions of the system were realized and demonstrated,and the intelligent charging pile experimental sample development was completed.
