Research On Collaborative Management Among Construction Project's Participants Based On Project Governance

With the rapid development of China 's economy and other aspects,the market demand for the construction industry is increasing.It is the increase of this demand that more professionals are involved in the construction of engineering construction projects,which makes the number of participants in the project increasing,which puts forward new requirements for the management of the whole project.With the increase of construction members,the division of work and cooperation among organizations has become more and more obvious,which requires the cooperation of multiple enterprises and units.However,the traditional project management research can not effectively improve the level of coordination between the participants of buildings.In view of this situation,the theory of project governance has attracted much attention.The basic concept of project governance is to manage the interests and restrictions of engineering construction projects,establish the objectives of the project,determine the implementation and monitoring of the project,and disclose the corresponding information.Based on this,stakeholders can be associated to form a social network relationship.After investigation,the cooperation between project participants becomes more and more obvious with the increase of participants.It is mainly reflected in their goals,their relationship,communication and cooperation,and information acquisition.Therefore,after introducing the theoretical knowledge of collaborative management and project management,this paper first analyzes the collaborative problems among the participants in the construction project,and then analyzes the collaborative management mechanism of the participants from five aspects by using the theory of project governance: first,determine the stakeholders of the engineering construction projects,use the knowledge of project governance to divide these stakeholders into four types of governance roles: planning,operation,maintenance and monitoring,and establish them The second is to analyze the needs of stakeholders and set the objectives of the project according to these needs;the third is to achieve their collaboration and establish a collaborative relationship through performance management and responsibility organization;the fourth is to ensure the collaboration between participants through risk identification and information disclosure;the fifth is to build a collaborative management platform based on Internet by using BIM Technology,and Finally,the whole collaborative management system is applied to specific cases to study the rationality of the system.Based on the theory of project governance,the construction project coordination system can provide certain methods and platforms for improving and enhancing the cooperation between the participants,avoiding unnecessary disputes,and promoting the better construction of the project.
