The construction industry is the material basis of national economic development.Since the reform and opening up,in order to meet the needs of economic and urbanization development,China's construction industry has been in a state of continuous expansion.However,China's construction industry has been using traditional construction methods,resulting in waste of resources,rough construction quality,construction waste,and dust pollution,etc.,which cannot meet the requirements of sustainable urban development.Therefore,the construction industry is in urgent need of industrial structure upgrading and adjustment.Due to the advantages of energy saving,low carbon,controllable quality and short construction cycle,prefabricated buildings have become a new direction in the transformation of the construction industry,and the country began to vigorously promote the development of prefabricated buildings in China.In addition,BIM technology,as the main tool for information management of the whole life cycle of buildings,helps to solve the problems of uncoordinated construction stages and difficulty in information collection,and will become a driving agent for the development of construction industrialization in China.Therefore,based on the study of prefabricated buildings and BIM technology,this paper systematically studies the application of BIM technology in the design and construction of prefabricated building.The main contents include:(1)Starting from the overall environment of new-urbanization,building industrialization and BIM technology,based on the summary of the characteristics and development of prefabricated building and BIM technology,this paper puts forward the logical relationship between BIM technology and prefabricated building according to the current problems of prefabricated building.(2)Based on the analysis of the design principle of prefabricated building,this paper discusses the design method of prefabricated building based on BIM technology,and analyzes the application of BIM technology in prefabricated building.In addition,according to the three objectives of quality,schedule and cost in construction project management,the specific application of BIM technology in target management is proposed.(3)Based on BIM technology,the prototype of the application platform of prefabricated building design-construction collaborative management is designed.Firstly,the information and functional requirements of users on the platform were obtained through semi-structured interview,and the interview content was qualitatively analyzed with the help of software.Then,according to the interview results and the application of BIM technology in project management,the technical route of the platform design is proposed.Finally,based on the technical route,this paper analyzes the key points of collaborative management platform development,and introduces the design of five major application modules in detail to provide theoretical and framework support for the subsequent platform development.(4)Through practical prefabricated project,the application of BIM technology in prefabricated building is empirically studied.The application value of BIM technology in prefabricated building is analyzed in detail from four stages,including scheme design,BIM model collision inspection and optimization,engineering quantity statistics and construction simulation.
