With the increasing pressure of market competition in the automobile industry,the improvement of quality and efficiency has become the direction that enterprises strive to change.Customer-centered is the focus of enterprise work.In order to improve their competitiveness,enterprises must carefully explore and analyze customer needs to achieve the final product recognition by customers,and these needs are finally reflected in the product design,process,configuration and manufacturing process in each process,the process is called Quality Function Deployment(QFD).QFD is mainly used in the process of product design and process planning.Through the customer-driven method,the customer demand is analyzed systematically,and then the customer's quality improvement needs are met to the greatest extent,and the design method is improved.The concrete operation is that the customer's requirements are transformed into the product's quality requirements first,and then the system is comprehensive.Distribution to product quality planning,product parts design,process planning and engineering manufacturing process,and ultimately achieve product quality to meet customer needs.In this paper,QFD advanced theoretical knowledge is applied to the BIW(Body-In-White)process design,and the unfolding process is carried out from two aspects.First of all,according to customer needs,multi-level deductive analysis,re-positioning it as a product Quality Requirements,and then into the product's Technical Characteristics,Parts Characteristics,Process Requirements,Production Requirements and other aspects of the content.The first step is to set up a QFD team,whose main task is to collect customers' real needs through internal channels.The second step is to analyze and redefine customer needs by Affinity Diagram and analytic hierarchy process,redefine them as product quality requirements,analyze their importance and export customers.The third step is to correlate the customer requirement with the engineering technology,and then get the technical characteristic requirement table,get the technical characteristic correlation matrix by analyzing the relationship between the technical characteristics,and get the customer by analyzing the relationship between the customer requirement and the technical characteristics.The relationship matrix of demand and technical characteristics and quality expansion table.Finally,the market competitiveness and technology competitiveness are analyzed,and the House of Quality(HOQ)of customer demand and technology characteristic product planning stage is built.Through the implementation of Quality Function Deployment,it strengthens the development mode of introducing customer demand-oriented development mode,improves the customer satisfaction of the products developed by the company,improves the process design quality of the products,reduces the design changes,reduces the development cycle and investment,and improves the quality of the products developed by the company.Customer satisfaction improves the market competitiveness of the company.
