Design Quality Research Of BA Company Vehicle Chassis System Based On QFD

On January 8,2010,Xinhua News Agency reported that the Chinese automobile market reached 1,350,000 vehicles in 2009,becoming the world's largest automobile production and sales country.After that,China's automobile market and industry have maintained rapid development.However,with the increase of competitive enterprises,the homogenization of automobile products is becoming more and more serious,the product differences are getting smaller,and the competition is becoming fierce.In order to enhance the competitiveness of new products in the market,it is necessary to shift the existing passive development model of the configuration sheet issued by the sales department to the active development model for market customers.Only by satisfying the needs of customers,products can satisfy customers and increase market shareQuality Function Deployment(QFD)is a method to transform customer needs into product design technology characteristics,product production process characteristics and product quality control methods.By using the QFD tool flexibly,the quality house of product is established,and further control is implemented.This thesis takes the QFD as the starting point and takes the product of BA's chassis system platform as the research object.By collecting customer needs,the customer needs are decomposed hierarchically by the affinity diagram(KJ method),and the importance of customer demand is excavated by the method of expert group review,and the target value is set.Through the analysis of all elements of the HOQ(House of Quality),the correlation between quality characteristics,customer needs and quality characteristics is determined,and the competitiveness of BA company Chassis System products is analyzed,including the competitiveness of two aspects of technical competition and market competition,and then the quality of the chassis system products of BA company is completed.The house is built.Finally,we will analyze and evaluate the products after customer needs,and confirm that meeting the needs of customers and achieving the goal of quality setting.In the process of building the HOQ,the company has also exposed the disadvantages of the company in the technical reserve and also put forward the reasonable and feasible suggestions.Finally,the perceived quality development team and the perceived quality evaluation technology committee are set up to meet the future development needs of the product.The research results of this paper will also be studied and popularized in the design quality development of other modules and systems of BA Company.At the same time,it has played a reference and guidance role for other companies in the industry to develop the design and development quality of the chassis system or other modules and systems independently.
