| As the guarantee mechanism of enterprise technological innovation,patent management plays an important role in the process of industrial enterprises’ management and development.China’s industrial development started late,and its understanding of patent management is being at a stage of development.Especially,the patent management of China’s automobile enterprises has significant industry characteristics.With the rapid development of automobile industry in China,put forward the development of national planning for technology innovation of automobile and auto parts.Due to historical reasons,the development of the industry,the automotive industry the core technology of the basic control in the hands of foreign companies,which will inevitably lead to patent risk management business of independent brand car enterprises is very high.Through the analysis of A automobile company in the patent management of the risk management process of enterprise patent risk found that there still exist many problems,mainly including the patent risk management objectives,risk identification,dynamic patent and found patent management efficiency,these problems restrict the patent management level of the enterprise promotion,management processes need optimize and improve.By investigating the patent risk management process of A motor company,it is found that the company has many patent risk factors,which is superposed with the high complexity of automobile product structure,resulting in the difficulty of management.According to the investigation,we can use TRIZ’s theory and TRIZ based evolution theory to analyze and research the process optimization,so as to find out the specific problems that need to be optimized in the process.First of all,we use TRIZ’s questionnaire survey method to analyze the company’s patent risk factors dynamically to find out the key control factors in the current period.According to the DSTIC process model,we analyze the patent risk control process of A automobile company,define the existing problems in the process,then transform the management problem into a general problem by using the evolving material field model,and establish a general analysis basis.According to the characteristics of the enterprise’s industrial environment,we choose the general management parameters,then use the tool of conflict matrix to disassemble the problems,and locate three conflicting points.Finally,we use the principle of TRIZ’s invention and the principle of separation to make a solution to the problem.According to the analysis of solutions of certain process optimization,and around A automobile company product development process established the optimization framework and program deployment.At the same time according to the given lack of exposed information technology information technology to improve the function frame,through the establishment of patent database to use big data technology,through the introduction of the text clustering of machine learning tools to implement the patent risk control process and management process of the development mode of concurrent engineering.After optimizing the operation process of the tracking part,the process optimization played a good role.On the one hand,it verified the application effect of the optimization model,also provided a good reference value for the management process optimization. |
