The implementation of GY photovoltaic project in Tibet aims to meet the shortage of power supply in NIMA county and improve the current situation of the difficulty of local residents in using electricity.Tibet Autonomous Region is mainly composed of small hydropower,diesel power generation and solar power station,of which the total installed capacity of the hydropower station is 1260 kw,the maximum output in summer is 1000 kW,and the output in winter is about 200kw-400kw;diesel power generation(generator power 400 KW,actual output 200kW).This is a big gap with the electricity consumption of residents in NIMA county.The power consumption of residents is limited,which seriously affects and restricts the local basic livelihood and social and economic development.Therefore,it is necessary to plan and implement the GY photovoltaic project in Tibet in order to improve the long-standing power consumption difficulties in NIMA County,promote the local social and economic development,and strive to achieve and achieve the goal of building a rural power grid and power supply service to meet the requirements of a well-off society by 2020.This paper takes the Tibet GY photovoltaic project as the research object,introduces the background of the Tibet GY photovoltaic project,and comprehensively uses the methods of literature research,case study and grid technology to study the schedule management and control of the project.The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:According to the high altitude environmental characteristics of the GY photovoltaic project in Tibet and the characteristics of the project,using the relevant theories of project schedule management and control,through the logical analysis of the activities of the GY photovoltaic project in Tibet,using the network planning chart and the critical path method,the optimal route is found,the project time is estimated,the preparation plan is made,and the items are determined Project duration,and finally develop a detailed project schedule management plan.The S-curve method is used to control the progress of the project.The S-curve method is used to decompose the difference between the construction schedule of bored pile and the actual construction.Through real-time monitoring in the construction process,and timely corrective measures are taken to effectively control the construction schedule of the project.Analyze the risk factors in the process of project implementation,and put forward relevant safeguard measures,control measures and guarantee measures to prevent internal risks.Through the systematic progress analysis of the project,aiming at the construction scheme,progress control and other aspects of the project,try to eliminate the factors affecting the project progress,so as to reduce or avoid the project delay grid connection crisis,so as to achieve the expected goal and economic safety of the project.At the same time,I hope to provide reference for the schedule research of other related projects in China,so as to realize the sustainable health of the whole industry.
