| In today’s society,people are paying more and more attention to the protection of the environment while developing the economy.The use of clean energy and natural gas in daily economic life is also becoming more and more extensive,and it has become an important energy consumption product of the country.The LNG ship,as a dedicated ship for the transportation of natural gas,has a service life of 35 to 40 years.At present,Shanghai Hudong Zhonghua Shipyard is the only enterprise with large LNG ship construction capacity in China.However,from the perspective of construction cycle and construction efficiency,there is a big gap between the overall construction process level and the advanced ship enterprises.By applying lean shipbuilding model theory,this thesis combs out and finds out the key control links such as gas maintenance system operation in the LNG ship construction process,and studies the hull construction technology and outfitting construction technology.This thesis proposes the structural division and general group loading scheme applicable to LNG ships,and adopts the process method of pre-moving and outfitting the assembly units during the installation phase of LNG vessels to form an overall construction scheme applicable to LNG ships.The production efficiency is improved by means of pre-process migration and process improvement.The LNG cargo hold has a huge cabin capacity scale.The key nodes of the cargo hull must meet a fatigue life of up to 40 years.The installation of an insulator box in the liquid cargo hold has harsh requirements for the flatness and cabin capacity accuracy of the inner shell wall.In view of the strict precision control requirements of LNG ship structure docking,node control,cargo space main size,inner shell flatness and other aspects,this thesis takes the problem as the orientation,puts forward the precision control countermeasures for different structure types research,and implements the benchmark shipbuilding technology.The whole process of construction control from design to construction is unified,and the whole process control system for covering design,management and measurement is established to ensure the accuracy and quality of LNG shipbuilding construction.The overall construction plan proposed in this thesis can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of product construction through actual ship verification,and has well versatility and application value. |
