Study On Schedule Management Of Drillship Building

European and American enterprises monopolize the key drill equipment supply market,Korean shipyards occupy most part of the drillship buliding market.Domestic enterprises share small part of the market and lack of building experience.Focused on the requirements of ship construction and delivery standard,this thesis makes investigation on drill ship building market,construction specification,project management theory.Based on the management system and the technical skills of shipyard,I have made research on project team organization,task assignment,schedule report.WBS(work breakdown structure)skills could be used to divide ship construction into small work jobs that can guide site production?Study on the planning system of shipyard,confirm construction nodes by different levels after the WBS has been finished,then make the building schedule.Give each plan node a statistical weight,schedule curve could be made by counting the execution of plan nodes,this curve could reflect the deviation between actual progress and building plan.Study on huge block fabrication technology for different ship vessels and multiple batches task,finish the construction task following plan in limited resources and time.Study on the technology of drill floor blocks construction,special equipment installation,derrick construction,make detailed work methods to ensure the quality and efficiency of construction.The results of this study will render rewarding conference to shipyards that planning to build a drill ship.
