Study On Landscape Design Scheme Selection Of Residential District Based On Value Engineering

Residential real estate projects in the planning and design stage often takes the form of design bidding to determine the scheme,however how to objectively evaluate,selecting design scheme,is the problem of the developers have been plagued.Relative to the construction part,the part of residential area landscape design measure and evaluation is much more difficult and complicated,how to design a convenient and feasible method to help developers choose the community landscape design,is a very realistic problem.Value engineering theory is a management science theory which improves the comprehensive benefit of Austria through function and cost control.In this paper,the application of value engineering theory to the optimal selection of residential landscape design scheme is discussed through case study and demonstration.In this paper,based on the characteristics of the residential area landscape design and the problems facing the plan optimization stage,the landscape design of residential plan optimization method has carried on the comparison and analysis,discusses the landscape design of residential district by using value engineering scheme optimization of feasibility and necessity.And combine the characteristics of residential area landscape design,landscape of residential function is analyzed,and on the basis of predecessors' optimization improvement,build residential function evaluation system,and uses the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to determine the function of the residential area landscape project index weight.Then calculated by expert scoring function coefficient,combined with the cost coefficient,get the value coefficient of each scheme,in order to evaluate the community landscape design analysis,choose the optimal solution.This paper shows that the value engineering theory based on ahp is very feasible and operable to optimize residential landscape design scheme.
