| With the rapid development of the national economy and the general improvement of people’s purchasing power,private cars have become the most common means of transportation.The rapid growth of private cars has directly led to the difficulty of parking in residential district,so underground garages have become a standard feature in the design of residential district.On the other hand,the rapid advancement of the urbanization rate has led to increasing tension in urban construction land.Under the condition that the red line of cultivated land must be adhered to,the government and developers have focused their attention on mountain resources and built a large number of mountain residential district.Because of the design concept of embracing nature and returning to ecology,the mountain residential district has been greatly sought after by the buyers.The combination of mountainous residential district construction and parking problems has given birth to the design of underground garage in mountainous residential district.Due to the limitation of the mountainous terrain,the underground garages in mountainous residential district are quite different from the underground garages in flat residential district in terms of planning and layout,vertical design,graphic design,lighting and ventilation design,landscape design,and fire evacuation design.At present,there are many underground garage engineering practices in mountainous residential district,but the results of theoretical research are insufficient.Engineering practices are often designed with reference to the design of underground garages in general residential district.Therefore,how to combine the mountainous terrain,effectively use the advantages brought by the height difference to design the underground garage,while controlling the cost,improve the parking environment of the underground garage,has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper starts from the design of underground garage in general residential district,discusses the design contents and methods of underground garage from the aspects of laws and engineering practices,then analyzes the impact of mountainous terrain on residential district planning and underground garage design,and makes a comparative analysis with the design of underground garage in general residential district.Based on the research results from two aspects,investigation of the underground garage case in the mountainous residential district of Xuzhou City is carried out,then analyzes the results of the investigation,and summarizes its advantages and disadvantages.Finally,based on the results of theoretical research,comparative analysis research,and case studies,absorbing the advantages of existing engineering practices and optimizing the shortcomings of existing engineering practices,thus completing the research on the design strategy of underground garages in mountainous residential district,in order to provide some reference for the later engineering practice. |
