Study On Project Bidding Management Of HT Mechanical And Electrical Installation Company

Bidding is divided into two parts:invitation for bid and Submission of Tender,which is a kind of commodity trading behavior.According to the relevant provisions of the tendering,the highway mechanical and electrical facilities installation project belongs to the infrastructure construction,relationship between social public interests,and project invest amount is larger,the project owners must carry out public bidding way,choose the corresponding construction units for HT electrical facilities installation companies,success or failure of bidding is to determine whether the enterprise can survive operating important determinants of development,thus improve and optimize the bidding process of project management system,for it has crucial significance.Through literature reading and combining with the actual situation of HT electromechanical installation company,this paper studies the project bidding management of HT company。Firstly,questionnaire survey method and fishbone analysis method were used to analyze the current situation of project bidding management of HT electromechanical installation company from the perspective of the company and individual employees,and the main existing problems and causes were sorted out。Secondly,Based on relevant management theories,the existing bidding management system was optimized to obtain a new bidding management process and an optimized project bidding management system.Next.combined with the actual project,the optimized bidding management system was applied to HT’s bidding work,and the feasibility of HT’s project bidding management system was verified by comparing the bidding process of enterprises before and after the optimization.In addition,a series of safeguard measures are put forward to ensure that HT’s optimized bidding management system can be implemented.The conclusion of this paper will be applied to HT’s future bidding process management.The final conclusion also can lay the foundation of improving the competitiveness of enterprises and participating in electronic bidding in the future.It also provides theoretical basis and practical reference for the future management methods of each enterprise in the project bidding process.
