Study On The Quality Evaluation And Management Of Dongxihu Cultural Center Project In The Construction Stage

With the progress of the times and the deepening of people's understanding of quality,the construction quality of construction projects has been further developed.Only by adhering to the principle of "quality first",can the safety and durability of construction projects be guaranteed.Especially in today's increasingly high demand for housing,the quality of construction projects also represents the core competitiveness of construction enterprises,which requires systematic quality management of construction projects,and ultimately forms to meet people's needs.This paper summarizes the related theories of project quality management and combines with the project of East-West Lake Culture Center.By analyzing the general situation,function design and construction deployment of the current project,it combs the four main measures of quality control in the construction stage of the project,summarizes the problems existing in the measures of quality management in the construction stage of the current project,and finds that the main measures are people,materials and equipment.The main reasons for the problems are the influence of construction environment,inadequate quality supervision and imperfect quality management system.Finally,the comprehensive quality of the East-West Lake Cultural Center project is evaluated by the quality evaluation system.The evaluation results show that the quality of the current project is in a qualified state.The research results show that the East-West Lake Culture Center project is in a qualified state.The construction quality assurance system of chemical center project has a relatively good performance,while the performance of "construction quality process control and management measures" and "key and difficult construction quality assurance measures" is relatively poor.Therefore,combined with the quality management problems evaluated above,according to the knowledge and practice of project quality management,the paper puts forward suggestions for the improvement of quality control in construction stage from three aspects: the optimization of human,material and equipment management,the optimization of quality monitoring system and the optimization of project schedule management and tracking mode,which can provide reference for the practice of quality management in construction projects.
