Research On Cost Control Of MC Company’s Clean Engineering Project

In nearly a decade,China in line with international standards and implementation of the new GMP production quality management norms ",and with "healthy China" concept to a national strategy,the development of the domestic medical industry,pharmaceutical industry booming,form a complete set of professional clean engineering construction enterprise,construction enterprise mutual competition is intense,enterprise profit space was further compression,reduce cost and increase benefit must be put through to promote enterprise’s core competitiveness,which requires the enterprises of engineering project cost control height are put forward.This paper takes the project cost control of MC company as the research object.Based on the theories related to activity-based cost,earned value and comprehensive management,it USES literature research method,systematic analysis method,qualitative and quantitative research method,case analysis method and in-depth interview method to systematically study the project cost control of MC company.On the basis of analyzing the present situation,and further analyzes the existence from inappropriate project management cost overruns,engineering cost overruns,project construction plan,project budget cost management is not reasonable,unreasonable management problems such as lack of consciousness,the cause of the problem is mainly due to the imperfect system of project management,project cost control method backwardness,prepare adequately for the project construction plan of project management,comprehensive budget management system,management cost control,such as lack of consciousness To solve above problems and the reasons put forward to improve engineering project cost control management system,formulate reasonable construction scheme,the whole process of project cost control of engineering project,the comprehensive budget management system,strengthening the construction of professional project management team of five aspects,such as countermeasures,helps MC company to strengthen the project cost control and improve the project profit,theenhancement enterprise market competitiveness.This paper studies the cost control of engineering projects of MC company,and provides reference for similar enterprises in this industry,and provides certain experience and theoretical guidance for the cost control of engineering projects of such enterprises.
